Delivery
1. General Information
All orders are shipped from Lithuania. Items in stock are prepared for dispatch upon receipt and confirmation of payment.
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the nearest business day.
2. Delivery in Lithuania and the Baltic States
Orders are delivered using "Venipak", "LP Express", and "Omniva" courier and parcel locker services.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery cost: 5 €.
- Shipments are delivered to the selected parcel locker or by courier to the buyer's specified address, depending on the chosen delivery method.
Large items, such as televisions or projector screens, are delivered only by courier to the buyer's specified address.
3. Delivery to other European Union countries
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
- Delivery cost is calculated at the time of order placement.
4. International shipping to non-European Union countries
We also ship orders to countries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
- Delivery cost is calculated at the time of order placement.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, chosen delivery method, and customs procedures.
- Import duties, taxes, and other additional payments are not included in the item or delivery price. These charges are paid by the recipient of the shipment.
5. Receiving a Shipment
Upon receiving the shipment, check the condition of its packaging and the item in the presence of the courier or as soon as possible after picking up the shipment from the parcel locker.
- If the shipment packaging is damaged, ask the courier to note the damage on the shipment documents or refuse to accept the shipment.
- If the shipment is picked up from a parcel locker, photograph any observed damage and inform us as soon as possible.
- If transport damages are not documented, it may be more difficult to determine their circumstances.
6. Delivery Delays
During major holiday periods, such as before Christmas or Easter, and due to adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
