Return policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision via email at info@watchme.lt within the specified period.
2. Return Conditions
The returned item must meet the following conditions:
- the item must not have been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- the item must not be damaged or have lost its commercial appearance due to the Buyer's actions;
- the item must be returned in its original packaging, if such packaging was provided with the item;
- the item must be complete;
- the purchase document or other order-identifying information must be provided.
The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Item Inspection
The Buyer may inspect and test the item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If it is determined that the item has been used more than necessary for inspection, or its value has diminished due to the Buyer's actions, the Seller has the right to proportionally reduce the amount refunded to the Buyer.
4. Return Period
The Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.
After informing the Seller of the withdrawal, the Buyer must send or hand over the item to the Seller no later than 14 calendar days from the day of submitting the notice of withdrawal.
5. Return Costs
The direct costs of returning a good quality item shall be borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller or stipulated by law.
The Buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the returned item and its safe delivery to the Seller.
6. Refund
- the Seller may withhold the refund until they have received the returned goods or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest;
- the money will be refunded no later than within 14 calendar days from the day the Seller receives the Buyer's notice of withdrawal;
- the money will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer;
- if the value of the goods has diminished due to the Buyer's actions, the Seller has the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right to withdraw from a distance purchase and sale agreement may not apply in cases stipulated by law, including for goods that:
- were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized;
- due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- were unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
- fall under other exceptions established by law.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email at info@watchme.lt.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, describe the problem, and, if possible, attach photos of the item and its packaging.
Issues regarding the return, replacement, repair, and refund of defective or damaged items are resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
